One of the problems with backing up all your data is that it isn't all stored in one easy-to-find location.
Things are getting better these days because most of it is put into your "My Documents" folder, so that's always a good starting point; but things like your email, or your Internet favourites are often stored elsewhere and if you don't know where they're hiding then making sure they get backed up can be easier said than done.
With this in mind, I'm going to be writing a series of articles explaining how to find out where the data from certain applications is stored, so you can ensure that it's included in the list of folders that DataCocoon is protecting.
I've got a few applications in mind to begin with, but if there's an application you're running which doesn't store things somewhere in "My Documents" then leave a comment here, or drop me an email and I'll add it to the list.
