AIMES runs a datacentre in Liverpool. We built devices to monitor the chiller units for the datacentre and alert the staff if any of them (they had multiple units to provide redundancy) exhibited a fault.

The chillers are on the roof of the building, making it hard to notice any faults, so we put them onto the internal network where they could be integrated into their existing server uptime notification (and escalation) system.
