It’s Neil’s turn this week, so let’s begin… Bubblino is out of his corner and in his new home. We can hear the whirr of bubbles being blown about the office; but more on that later.
This past week, I have mainly been taking videos, and telling people how to update their Museum in a Box software, plus tidied up our Instagram for @museuminabox_. For the past few weeks, I have been playing with the Museum in a Box website home page, just to make it tighter, it’s still in draft presently, as I have to find out how to embed our Instagram profile. Plus, I’ve been writing copy for the next MiaB newsletter.
What has everyone else been up to…..
Adrian was down in London on Wednesday to install the new version of the signature plotter app he was working on the other week. The train journey down gave him a nice block of time to sketch out some different designs for the website refresh. He’s yet to show them to Chris and I to find out what’s wrong with them 😂
The Fediverse explorations continued, and he got an MCQN instance of Peertube up and running. Then worked out the plumbing to get a Raspberry Pi with a camera module to livestream to it.
Chris worked on more of the Museum in a Box UI improvements; but also took time out from that to design and laser-cut a frame for the livestreaming rig, which is now set up here in DoES Liverpool.

The results of all this hard work
If you want to make him blow bubbles then visit him here for instructions.
This weekend MCQN are off to Liverpool Makefest. Where we will be displaying all our worldly wares, Museum in a Box, My Bikes got LED ,et al. While I will be delivering Ignite, which this year is looking at Land Ownership in the UK.
Ciao!
