Selecting the correct port

The port your box is connected to will show up with the text “USB/Jtag serial debug unit”
And an identifier eg COMx (Windows), /dev/ttyACMx (Linux) /dev/tty.xxxx (Mac)

USB-C Cables

If nothing is showing in the list and your box is plugged in and lit up it is worth trying a different cable. Some USB cables are for charge only and don’t include the additional data wires required.

Installing a Driver

You may need to install a driver so that your computer can use the USB port to send and receive data to the device. If you click ‘cancel’ on the select device window, you will see instructions to install the correct drivers on your computer.
